About custom mugs
Your picture, your words, your mug. Upload a design or let AI draw one from a photo or a few words – you see it on the mug while you make it.
We print exactly what the preview shows, on a glossy 11oz ceramic mug, and send it to the print partner closest to you as soon as you order.
Mug details
- 11oz (325 ml) ceramic mug
- Your design on one side or on both sides of the handle
- Classic white or black
- ✨ Magic: black when cold – your design appears when you pour a hot drink. Hand wash only.
- Accent: white mug with a coloured handle and inside – Black, Light Blue, Pink, Red
- Printed just for you after you order
Printing & your file
- Print area per side: about 7.2 × 8.5 cm (2.8 × 3.4 in) at 300 dpi – a file of 852 × 1002 px or more prints sharp.
- Transparent PNGs look best. A plain background can be removed with one tick.
- Pixel art is scaled up with crisp pixels, never blurred.
- Use only pictures that are yours or that you may use – no logos, brands or other people’s art. We may cancel and refund an order that breaks this.
Shipping & returns
Production takes 1–3 business days, then your mug ships with tracking.
Magic mugs come from other print partners, so they ship in their own parcel with their own shipping price – the cart adds it up for you.
Arrived broken or misprinted? Send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it for free.
