Each mug is printed just for you. We want it to arrive perfect – and if it doesn’t, fixing it is quick and free.
Free replacement or full refund – your choice. No need to send the mug back. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
Not there 30 days after the latest delivery estimate? We reship it or refund you.
Cancel free within 1 hour of ordering. EU & UK customers can also withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

EU and United Kingdom: 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail within those 14 days, then send the mug back unused within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of hearing from you; we may wait until the mug is back with us.
US and other countries: change of mind
Because every mug is printed for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or a wrong colour choice. Damaged, misprinted, wrong or lost orders are always covered.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge within 1 hour of ordering, before your mug goes to print. Just e-mail us with your order number.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used (for example PayPal), usually within 5–10 business days.
