Super Robot Taisen D

English translation patch and complete guides for Banpresto’s 2003 Game Boy Advance strategy RPG about a vanished Earth, the Ruina, and two siblings who chose different sides.

Super Robot Taisen D opens on the day the Earth disappears from the sky. Joshua Radcliff and his sister Lim survive at an Antarctic research base, and from there the war spreads from a sealed-off Europe to Jupiter, Planet Lux and the Gishin homeworld: Victory Gundam, Char’s Counterattack, Gundam W, Macross 7, The Big O, Getter Robo Armageddon, Mazinger, Grendizer, Daltanious, God Mars and Megazone 23 all meet the mysterious Ruina. The game never left Japan. Our patch translates it into English, and the guides below were written from the game’s own event scripts while we translated it.

52scenarios (54 with both heroes)

About these guides

  • Names match the patch. Every pilot, unit, part and scenario title is written exactly as it appears on screen in the English version.
  • Script-verified. Recruitment conditions, kill counts, turn limits, retreat lines and the parts each enemy carries come from the decoded event scripts and deployment tables, not from memory. Where the old GameFAQs guides disagree, the entries say so.
  • Maps from the game. Every battle map is drawn from the ROM’s own map data, with the real starting positions of every unit and every reinforcement wave.
  • Your progress is saved. Ticks are stored in your browser and shared between all the guide pages.
