Rejoice

English translation patch and complete guides for Yanoman’s 1995 Super Famicom action RPG about a gang of young thieves, two magic dolls and a lost land called Mahal.

Rejoice: Aretha Oukoku no Kanata (“Beyond the Kingdom of Aretha”) follows Treno, leader of a gang of young thieves from Ishu Town. A job for the wizard Ben Markist tears the gang apart, a tidal wave washes Treno up next to a mysterious traveler named Doll, and the road leads through mushroom forests, a castle of tricks, an ant kingdom and the bottom of the sea to Demon King Howard. One or two players can play at once. The game never left Japan. Our patch translates it into English, and the guides below were written from the game’s own script and data while we translated it.
